

So I made some Gimbap again. Was gonna add spinach but found my dad had mixed it in with his southern greens for a fish fry. This has egg, Korean BBQ Spam, cucumber, carrots, and imitation crab. Not gonna cut it cause I'm afraid it will break. Put leftovers of the rice in a bowl with some furikake and the stuff that couldn't fit in the Gimbap. Gonna have it for supper. Thinking on it now, I had sone Kimchi in the fridge and could have put some of that in it too add some crunch and spice. A reminder for next time!

Did you season the rice?
Usually kimchi is served on the side for kimbap anyways! So you can have some pieces with and without kimchi :).
Looks good-! I think you can open a gimbob restaurant.
If you put rice more thinner, It will be perfect.
