Quick dinner
Wholewheat wrap with hummus, shredded carrot,sprouts,red cabbage dressed with yellow Sriracha plus rocket, Air fry padron peppers and 2x quorn fillets marinated in regulator Sriracha. Few leftover pickled onions from yesterday lunch.
Slightly overcooked the quorn oops!

If your not veggie you could use chicken.

400 cal with around 26g protein.
I tried to squeeze a bit too much into the wrap and made a mess!

I struggle to find light wraps here so this is just a regular whole wheat wrap.

    We’re probably all guilty of trying to fit too much on a wrap.

    I suck at wrapping the stuff up. I was banished to the back of taco bell because I couldn’t get it right 😂

    That looks really good. I wish I could find the Quorn fillets here, we used to be able to get them but now I can only find the nuggets and sometimes the strips.
