Wrapping it makes me feel special. And it’s got a ketchup tongue.

Ball park buns. 80/20 ground chuck seasoned with salt and pepper. Ketchup, mustard, and Kraft deli American. Cooked on cast iron skillet.

    I think there’s merit to wrapping it. Allows it to steam just a bit.
