I'm sad that the pepper season is over. I had 4 plants this year that produced exceptionally well. I also bought some off of Facebook and it wasn't nearly enough to last me. This jar has 24 habaneros, 1 large onion, 4 Roma tomatoes, half a bunch of cilantro, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. I'd usually put in reapers or scorpions, but habaneros are all that's available in stores through winter.

    How much salt, pepper and lime juice? I have a bunch of habs in the freezer that I haven’t yet dehydrated for pepper flakes, and this sounds too good to pass up!
