What you’ll need:
– 4 tsp dashi powder
– 4 c water
– 2 packs of miracle noodles
– 4 oz ground chicken
– 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 inch fresh ginger
– 225 g shredded green cabbage
– Sprinkle of green onions

How to make it:
Mix water and dashi powder in a saucepan, mix until well combined, and bring to a simmer. Prepare miracle noodles according to package. Add cabbage and noodles to soup stock, cover pot with a lid, and keep simmering on low while preparing chicken.

In a separate pan, cook chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil. Once chicken is cooked through, transfer it to the soup pot. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, then add remaining tbsp of soy sauce. Top with green onions and serve!
