I enjoy bukeoguk but every time I see it, I can’t help but remember this friend of mine raging every time he sees it. He would go on about how wild it was in modern times to take a fish, dry it, and make it wet again, like a calm person just going absolutely mad about it! I know the history and reason, but still makes me laugh and that bowl looks delicious. Great winter food!
