Did you burn the surface layer of that flap purposely…. couple minutes off the grill would have given much better results.

I had almost the exact same dinner last night, only no corn. I invented a new grilled potato called “Chubs”. Not quite as long as a fry, and fatter. I also tossed the asparagus in oil and chopped garlic and threw them in the Chub basket too. I think I have the same grill basket.
