For everyone who loves a low kcal sweet treat, made in <5 min 🫶

Ingredients are in the last picture, but:
– 16 g egg white powder (i used already flavoured)
– 5 g corn starch
– 1 g psyllium
– water (i eye balled, so … experiment? 😅 but lets say around a cup?)
– sweetener if needed, i add some more sucralose drops (FlavDrops) usually

Whisk all ingredients together and slowly cook on low until thick to your liking (and whisk to avoid clumps). Ta-da! Add any toppings you like.

If it comes out weirdly textured, it might have overcooked or the ratios are off.

Edit:
after some more trial and error i found that it texturally works even better if you just use egg whites and almond flour
