Hihi! Made cacio e pepe and was wondering if the sauce looks ok or does it look like it split?

It tasted really good and the sauce wasnt watery too, but visually was wondering if any improvements can be made 🙂

    It’s too liquid, it should stick to the pasta more but I would eat it.

    Way better than mine I can’t seem to get the temperature right or maybe the cheese I’m buying is trash but I’ve tried water jsut off boil I’ve let it cool. Let the pasta cool and done it right out of the pot no matter what my cheese always clumps

    The sauce appears to have broken, settling into a loose, milky pool rather than forming the tight, glossy emulsion the dish is known for. The cheese looks like it clumped and separated instead of melting smoothly, which usually points to excess heat, cheese added too quickly, or pecorino that wasn’t grated finely enough. 4/10

    I mean I think it looks stupid good but I’m stupid so maybe more cheese then I’ll eat it again.
