Green lentil dal with a little coconut milk, wholewheat chapati, burnt broccoli and green beans. Around 550 calories. I love the packs of frozen chapati because they taste like freshly made but can heat them up in a few minutes.

I’m just curious if this is really 550 calories – what brand of frozen roti/chapati do you use and how much coconut cream (and anything else) did you put in the daal? The whole-wheat rotis I see are usually 120 calories each, and daal always seem to be calorie dense when I make/eat it, but maybe the angle is making it look like the daal serving is larger than what it is.
