Huh? What’s RFK’s deal with grains?

Same here, I would get totally constipated if I didn’t.

I had to search for RFK since I’m not American. What is the connection?
– Oats: Mycotoxins and Phytic Acid – Rice: Arsenic – Farro: Mycotoxins and Phytic Acid
It depends on how you prepare these foods to get rid of as many anti-nutrients as possible. However, this is difficult with oats because store-bought varieties are heat-treated, which destroys the enzymes needed to break down the phytic acid.

I’ll do whatever it takes never to look or sound like that guy, lol

Having oats for breakfast in any form is such an obvious hack for a healthier gut that I’m both surprised it took me so long to discover, and that a lot of people also don’t know about it.

I am whole, therefor, whole grains for me!

Yeah, I generally don’t take my health information from heroin junkies whether they’re currently using or in recovery.

Just soak them in tallow and you’ll be safe from RFK

This idiotic Trump Administration, everything is grift. Including the new ridiculous food pyramid.

Buckwheat groats are ok, but whole oat groats are where it’s at — my daily breakfast with chia+flax pudding, peanut butter and banana.

Barley and sorghum are also good if you’re looking for more!

Grains do bloat the hell out of me-white rice is ok. Ive tried rinsing, soaking, and pressure cooking grains or beans but they still wreck my digestion.

But how will you get your RDA of essential saturated fats?

In case you need some help with those buckwheat groats … https://bubblegreen.com/breakfasts/buckwheat-banana-bread/
Funny timing, I had just ordered them to make it a couple days ago. Gimme all the grains.
Yeah the new food pyramid is gross
I had pasta for dinner and made cookies afterwards with FLOUR. So- ha!
Don’t be sorry. You have to eat what’s right for you.
More fiber and less colon cancer for me I guess, sorry RFK.
Where do you find buckwheat groats?
And good for you. Me too. Better than bear or whatever the brain-wormed Kennedy recommends.
Now I can’t eat red meat even if I want to because of this asshole
