Made some more prik nam pla tonight. Very basic recipe. Thai chilis, garlic, lime juice, fish sauce (3 crabs), and a little sugar. Came out delicious! My lips are burning so I think I got it just right. 🤤🌶️🥵

    My favorite way to make a hamburger, American cheese, kimchi and Prik Nam pla aioli! So good.

    Oh I absolutely love this stuff in Thai restaurants, I always ask for “the spicy fish sauce”, I had never learned the real name 🤦‍♂️
