I've never seen this much dust from a product on the inside of a box.

Was the seller actually Amazon.com or a 3rd party selling thru Amazon? Was the listing for a new product or used?
Some less scrupulous 3rd part sellers rebox used or returned units and represent as new.

I just received my plus deluxe from Amazon as well a couple hours ago ! And it also came a bit dusty. Everything was taped up and looked clean otherwise. Not sure why. The seller on Amazon was the nespresso shop. So I don’t think it should be a problem

I was able to get a refund I just got to send it back before next month
