
Scrambled eggs (butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, dab of heavy cream to cool eggs when it hits pan), chives, dijon mustard, and kewpie mayo on grilled, buttered butter bread.
The bread is grilled on the pan separately with the cheese on one side, to avoid overcooking the eggs or heating up the kewpie mayo unnecessarily (it's hot enough with the eggs once its served anyway).
