Chicken Adobo
Ingredients
* 2.5 lbs chicken leg quarters(thighs separated from the leg)
* 10 cloves garlic(smashed)
* 1 tbsp black peppercorns(lightly smashed)
* 4 bay leaves
* 3 tbsp brown sugar
* 1/2+2 tbsp cup coconut vinegar
* 1/2 cup filipino soy sauce
* 3 tbsp neutral oil
* 1.5 cup water

Derek where am I finding coconut vinegar 😊 I cook lots of Asian dishes I grew up in south America and the food was amazing so I learned to cook most but getting the ingredients is very tough 😊
We don't cook it this way usually IN THE PHILIPPINES because we skip marinating but in the words of two Italians, APPROVED!!

i have two seasons of adobo one is the soupy season adobo and second is dry season adobo the oily one haha
