I have a Nespresso Original One Latissima purchased around 2021/22. It’s worked perfectly fine up until about two weeks ago when we tried turning on the machine and it wouldn’t turn on. I messaged customer service and customer service walk me through a bunch of steps and then pretty much ended up telling me that my machine is out of warranty and the best they can offer is 30% off a machine.

Then a few days later, I click the button to turn on the machine and it worked fine. It dispensed the shots perfectly fine. It did everything fine and then I unplugged it and plugged it back in and then it’s back to being “broken”. The lights don’t turn on when I turn on the machine, but they turn on when I hold the buttons down and it pulls super watery shots and very short shots. I had to press the button, maybe three times to pull the equivalent of one shot.

I feel like 4yrs is super short to have a machine of this kind to break down. I would expect maybe 5-8yrs if anything. I make about 2 pods a morning and maybe skips 1-2 weeks in between when I’m refilling. Has anyone else encountered this? TIA
