  1. Broccoli should be cooked more imo, should be soft enough & slightly..just barely.. have a crunch. Full Crunch hardened Broccoli like she did, makes the dish unpleasant. Esp when you have ppl w/ sensitive teeth.

So for those who like it softer, steam the broccoli a little bit before cooking w/ the steak. 👌🏼

  2. if you have a picky eater that notices the baking soda. you can put the beef and baking soda in water beforehand and let it velvet for 30 minutes or so and then rinse it off and then mix it with the sauces either right before cooking or let it marinade

  3. Thank you Laura for including the recipe in the description box below. So now i don't have to leave the video to read along. I only wished you would have done this to all your recipes. tfs. ❤

  4. Beef and broccoli is a weekly staple here! I'm going to try to find sirloin, I can only get skirt steak for stir fry here

  5. That broccoli is soooo raw, Laura. The whole short form appeal to everyone videos do nothing but dilute your recipes.

  6. Because I bring dinner to my son and his family every Thursday, I'm always looking for a new recipe. thinking I might to this with Brussel sprouts. Great video, quick and simple.

  7. That is the longest way to slice the beef-picking each piece off of the knife with every slice. Just keep going! The one stuck on will fall off. Looks tasty, as always.

  8. Lol, I literally just made your original beef and broccoli yesterday for dinner. Thanks for the updated version, I will definitely be trying this one! 😊❤
