I didn’t include calorie counts as I will end up logging in MFP, but they are around 400 or less. Happy meal planning!

    I don’t know what your goal macros are, but you might want to add a little more protein to your lunch salad.

    Is this all you plan to eat for the whole day? It’s only like 800 calories.

    Apparently I need to clarify, the recipes I use also include oil for cooking and dressings, I drink coffee with creamer or a protein shake. At the end of the day I’m hitting all my goals and 1200 calories. This was just meant as a quick snapshot, not a bible to follow.

  4. Ok, I’m curious when you say uncooked oatmeal. Do you just spread it on like granola?
