I highly recommend the kabob attachment for the rotisserie! It’s like $25 and worked like a champ! I pulled the beef skewers off as they finished up. I let the Weber get up to about 500 and finished up the chicken thighs and breast. Marinated the chicken in black garlic seasoning and teriyaki for a few hours before grilling. Delicious. Convenient cop in the background, making noise 🤦
