Mostly I’m angry because when I make sushi at home, I have the most difficult time slicing a piece off without it falling apart, and here they are beautifully slicing a whole ass sushi tire without issue.

Is it actually stupid? I don’t eat sushi much and never like this, but could you cut out pieces and eat it from the inside out? Would it hold it’s form, otherwise yeah how do you eat this.

Just, not the point of this kind of sushi. *Yes*, there are certain kinds of sushi that are fried and whatnot, but a huge barrel roll of a bunch of different sashimi is rather missing the point.
