First, some context – I live in Clay County Florida, which is NE (just sw of Jacksonville) zone 9a/b. I bought this plant in August and transplanted to my raised bed planters. It has been super productive, and I have managed to keep it going through two mild freezes so far, so I'm hopeful I will be able to successfully overwinter it. Just in case, I wanted to take some cuttings and try and propagate this so I can have more plants next year. Any advice on propagating pepper plants? I've already asked AI, but would really like to hear what RI (Reddit Intelligence) has to say

Nothing special is needed. Put green cuttings in small containers of your potting mix. Give them a little light and keep moist. Prepare to wait 2+ months to see any new growth. Its very slow. Take lots of extra cuttings. I rather save seeds from my plants and grow them
I find that rooting hormone helps.
Tomatoes I just stick cutting in water or soil and most will “take”.
Peppers I lose most cutting if I do that without using rooting hormone.
Calcium would help thay baby uptake a bit better
