I ate this growing up — it’s a game-changer if you wrap the tortilla around the sausage, pin it with a toothpick, and then pan-fry it. Think flautas.

My roommate and I do this all of the time. Get you some spicy brown mustard or a good stone ground and mix with a good bbq sauce. Pickles, maybe pickled onions, good sausage or hotdog on a tortilla. Slaps hard.
