If you aren’t in love with your salad, it’s not you… it’s your salad dressing! Try this vinaigrette instead, which you can keep in your fridge for days, whenever you need it on hand!

INGREDIENTS

– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp minced shallot
– 3/4 tsp kosher salt
– 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 2 tsp honey
– 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, shallot, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, honey, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice until combined. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, continuing to whisk until completely combined. Place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.
