  1. Before seeing this video i made this without the chicken and it was amazing, i think the chicken would definitely elevate it

  2. What if you’re trying to gain weight? My metabolism is so fast that my weight fluctuates like crazy 😭 also doesn’t help that I have chronic health conditions (not related to the weight thing)

  4. Yeah that's gonna dry out the chicken breast. First, cook the tadka (paste), then add lentils and peas and let them cook, once they are like 90% done, add chicken breast cubes and only cook for 6 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes and you'll have juicy chicken breast.
