    lol. I have two favorites here but they are house specialty rolls. Lobster cha-cha (mango, lobster, asparagus and crab over the top) and roll with spicy crab stick and cream cheese and topped with panko and old bay seasoning.

  2. I’ve tried a lot, but salmon nigiri is just perfect, I like a lot of different cheeses to but a good mature cheddar is still my favorite.

  3. akami if the tuna quality is good, amaebi, and i’m a big fan of saba. though if i’m drunk, a tuna-mayo gunkan or something like that

    Tuna sashimi. Can’t help myself…. it’s the only tuna I like… can’t stand it if it’s even seared a little. Give me tuna sashimi or nigiri, a really good barrel aged shoyu, real wasabi and an Asahi…. man, I’m salivating just typing that.
