I made a sweet stiff starter from my one month old starter and used it to make donuts today. They turned out so delicious .
They are sweet and very slightly have a tang but arent sour.
The only thing I would adjust if i make them again is to add more sugar/ honey to make my starting dough sweeter but thats my preference
