
- 1/2c nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4c water
- 1.5T cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp stevia
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp guar gum
- pinch salt
Froze it an ice cube tray, let it soften for about 10 minutes, then ran it through my yonanas machine, adding a sprinkle of cool water if it started to jam.
3/4 cup of the stuff for around 75 calories, or equivalent to 200/pint scaled up. I'm hoping to find ways to improve it while I'm waiting for my creami to ship and I just have the yonanas and a blender, but this turned out pretty well
