I had Raclette once before at a Christmas Market and thought it was delicious. To my surprise I found it again at the grocery store in slice form, perfect for grilled cheese. It's not quite the same experience but it's still pretty tasty.

Looks like it was pretty good but it takes a lot of effort to screw up a grilled cheese.
I have never tried Raclette but I will try anything once. Well almost anything
