
This container is 1.75 quarts, for reference. I estimate about 85 cals per cup. I loaded about a cup of it on top of thin sliced grilled chicken breast and ate it like a tostada. lol.

1.5 cups of chopped artichokes packed in water
1 oz reduced fat cream cheese
3 tbs cedar’s tzatziki
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of roasted red pepper
1.5 small onions, carmelized with ~ .5 tbs butter
Splash red wine vinegar
Dash of sugar
Salt
Garlic powder
