135° for 2.5 then seared with tallow in cast iron 1:30 on each side. A little salt and pepper in the bag and then some kinder’s Prime Steak sprinkled on before the sear. My boy and I quite enjoyed it. Meanwhile, my wife cut two slices and microwaved them for 40-seconds 🤦🏻‍♂️
