Struggling with lack of motivation. Found a sliver of it and meal prepped for the next 2-3 days
Sheet pan roasted veggies – red cabbage, onions, red and green peppers, sweet potatoes, broccoli, and baby potatoes. Air fried store-bought marinated chicken. All on a bed of store-bought tzaziki.
