Ours is always cold AF. If that was our location that lady feet would be freezing. 🥶 These cookies are overpriced and not that good anyway. They have different flavors but the cookie itself isn’t that good. The cheesecake ones are pretty decent though. Just not worth the price.

Im an SQF Practitioner and i deal on the side of manufacturing a larger bread bakery. (Prior with cookies at scale.
Non slip resistant shoes have to be work due to liquids or flours and small granular ingredients can cause slipping as per OSHA and SQFI regulations. As well as close toed to prevent any cross contamination purposes and food safety reasons. Let alone he is stepping on a food contact surface reguardles, and with socks which could easily have fungus and other vile bacteria/molds. And is needing more training, or if s/he is trained and just careless, then s/he would be written up with a food safety infraction and careless ness. Also not a stable footing = injury.
