It smells so good!! And so easy!
1 jar 16 oz salsa
2 – 15 oz bags frozen fajita veggies, or fresh veggies
2 chicken breasts
1 packet fajita seasoning

Layer 1/2 jar salsa, 1 package veggies, 2 chicken breast, cover with fajita seasoning, rest of salsa and top with other bag of vegetables. Cook in low 6-8 hours or high for 2-4. You can use frozen chicken beats too! When it's done shred chicken and viola! Put in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!!

    I find the commercially available chicken breast is loaded with salt water, and releases too much liquid into any dish i make in the crockpot therefore RUINING it. I use thighs when i can.
