

Not sure the exact calories but almost all of them came from chicken, it also goes to show that the same amount of chicken can be stretched. Both the burrito and ALL of the lettuce tacos had the same amount of chicken. I thought it was a great way to showcase how you can eat what you love and make it yummy and way more volume.
Best recipe I can give:
Shred up a rotisserie chicken, cook with serranos and seasoning of choice. Add Refried beans, then chicken, then whatever toppings you prefer. If doing a tortilla, make sure to toast it on both sides.
