Tried the Char Siu pork recipe from the Carne Diem blog tonight (no affiliation).

Rotisserie at 350f for just over an hour. Absolutely magical.

    Char siu is one of my favorite pork dishes, and this looks amazing! I don’t have a rotisserie, but it seems like the best way to make it, judging by your pics!
