Man the week I didn’t go to CostCo.

Recipe: Meat Church Honey Hog + MC Holy Cow. No binder.
Overnight @ 200 w/ a smoke tube. Slept in and went to check the surf when I woke up. Wrapped in foil when I got back home and raised to 250 until probe tender.
Opened foil until no longer steaming, then rewrapped and popped into a cooler to rest until I was hungry.
