Air fried and came out absolutely perfect. Roughly 50 calories per piece if I trust my calculations.

    The ones on the picture have firm smoked tofu instead, which is roughly 100 cal / 100g. I chopped it in very small cubes and cooked it before adding the onion, just brushing the pan with oil.

    The calorie count will depend on the amount of each ingredient you are using, so I recommend you log it in your tracker as you go to know exactly how much each piece is. But I doubt they would go above 60 or 70 calories.
