    *Sauce Ingredients*
    – 2.5 tbsp sodium soy sauce
    – 2.5 tbsp toasted sesame oil
    – 2 tbsp gochugaru
    – 2 tsp sugar
    – 1 to 1 1/2 cups reserved rice water

    *Beans*
    – 2 cans cannellini
    – 40g gochujang
    – few pinches of salt
    – 3 cloves garlic

    Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil.
