Accidentally overproofed my dough so I turned into stromboli for dinner tonight

    Filled with pepperoni, salami, provolone, mozzarella, asiago, and parmesan. Brushed with roasted garlic butter as soon as I pulled out of the oven. Served with homemade marinara.

    Used Sally’s Baking Addiction pizza dough recipe. Forgot to place in fridge and was proofing on the counter all day yesterday up until dinner time tonight, oops. Was a little sticky to roll out so I couldn’t get the stromboli into one log.
