Came out great! Seasoned & chopped the meat, onion/pepper/jalapeño, Yellow/white American cheese sauce

    There’s no such thing as a “Philly” anyway. That’s flyover state bullshit. That’s a steak sandwich ya got there with raw onions. You’re close to a cheesesteak though French bread is fine just as long as it not baguette hard. Next time dice the onion and cook with the meat. Incorporate the cheese
