Fuck yeah. I prefer coleslaw to sauerkraut on my Reuben (although that technically makes it a “Rachel.”)

I really dislike the thick cut meat, I always end up with chunks stuck in my teeth, and the bigger blobs of fat that are endemic to such cuts are not appealing for me either. If that were thin-sliced meat, I’d be all in.
