Beef ribs seasoned with salt and pepper…turkey legs brined for about 24 hours. Beef tongue smoked with the skin off. All meats smoked at 250 till tender and proper pullback off the bone. Hello to fellow Steelers fans…and hello from Texas! Howdy!

    Are those beef ribs way overcooked or I’m just plain dumb?

    1. Good job! 2. Tomlin squeezed every last drop of ability from that roster. The Steelers should never have even made the playoffs (Tomlin coached rings around Harbaugh), much less made that game as close as it was for three quarters. It’s not your fault.
