The Export Promotion Center (CEPEX) will organize, on January 29, 2026, in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, a networking day dedicated to Tunisian olive oil, in collaboration with the Tunisian Embassy in Abidjan.
The aim is to offer Tunisian exporters of olives, olive oil, and olive oil–based products the opportunity to identify new export prospects in the Ivorian market, CEPEX announced on Monday.
CEPEX added that participants will be able to meet directly with major food product importers, as well as Ivorian organizations and institutions involved in the olive oil sector.
The program for the event includes presentations highlighting the specific characteristics and quality of Tunisian olive oil, the screening of a promotional film, presentations by Tunisian olive oil exporters (in person or online), as well as a tasting session of olive oil and other related products.
In this regard, the Center called on Tunisian companies specializing in the production and export of olives, olive oil, and products that use olive oil as an ingredient (canned tuna and sardines, olive tapenade, olive oil–based sauces, etc.) to submit product samples, brochures, and promotional films to CEPEX headquarters no later than January 15, 2026, in order to ensure their shipment to Côte d’Ivoire.
