Noticed that there was a review but people were saying they wanted to see how the menu changed for winter so here it is(menu at the end). Seems like the crab is still Hokkaido for those who were curious if they’d switch to their signature. The price has increased now from $300 to $400 pre-tip so curious if thats just to increase their margins or if they plan to change their menu more. I personally think for them to increase the price they have to upgrade the menu in some way because it falls short of the other $400+ options in the city. The dish to remember for me was the white marlin wrapped in sweet vinegar daikon but the rest was pretty typical. I’d be curious to go back again with this new price if I hear changes were made. I did enjoy my first visit. Just wasn’t wowed

    FWIW they got heavily fucked by tariffs which is why price is going up and they couldn’t do the sourcing they wanted to. Still can’t recommend this at $400 unless it improves though

    Thanks for the update, I was wondering what would change after the price hike (not much?). At least it’s no longer Boston tuna.
