Appreciate everyone who’s encouraged me, doubted me, pushed me forward, and even tried to hold me back along the way. All of it mattered.

I’m just a regular guy working a 9–5 and living check to check, but I love cooking and I love BBQ. I started posting because I wanted to build something real — something my kids could one day be proud of, maybe even be part of.

I didn’t think starting anything like this was possible for me. I really didn’t. I just kept showing up, kept cooking, kept learning, and kept putting in the work.

I don’t know where this goes next. I just know I’m grateful, I’ll keep working, and I’ll keep doing what I love.

Much love to everyone who’s been part of it.

    I appreciate that a lot.

I do have a YouTube already — I’m just getting ready to be more active on it again. I wanted to make sure I was consistent and had something real to document before leaning into it.

Thanks for the encouragement, it means a lot.
