NAPERVILLE, IL — CAVA opened in Naperville on Jan. 12, bringing its fast-casual Mediterranean cuisine to Block 59.

The eatery offers bowls, pita sandwiches and juices that are made in-house. Diners can choose from bowls with a base of salad greens or grains or a mixture of both, with the option to choose their own ingredients. Featured bowls include a spicy lamb and sweet potato bowl, a falafel crunch bowl and a Greek salad bowl.

CAVA’s selection of pita sandwiches includes Greek chicken and spicy chicken or steak with feta cheese. Customers can also order pita as a side, along with hummus, harissa, tzatziki, roasted eggplant and other spreads.

The housemade juices come are cucumber mint lime, tangerine aleppo and blueberry lavender.

CAVA has nearly a dozen locations in the Chicagoland area, including spots in Bolingbrook, Willowbrook and Des Plaines. A second location is set to open in Bolingbrook soon.

The restaurant joins several other new dining spots that opened at Block 59 in 2025, including Yard House, Piccolo Buco and Shake Shack.

Located at 404 Illinois Rte. 59, the Naperville CAVA is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
