Trying to put on weight before my mums birthday so yeah I know it’s gonna be a lot but how much we thinking? They were very light. More like cake than pastry (120g) the vegimite def had mozzarella and the strawberry had stewed strawberries on top and jam inside.

My assumption would be at max 1200 each

For 1200 each they would need to have 1000 calories per 100g if they are 120g. That’s not possible. Pure oil is like 900, and there’s nothing more calorie dense than oil.
My guess would be around 600 for each piece which would be like 500cals/100g which is possible if lots of butter/cheese was used. Maybe even less, like 450cal/100g could sound right which would make it like 540/550 per piece. I’ll go with 600 though

I don’t know, but I’m sure the number is comically high.

I think if you want to be conservative you can take about 5 calories per gram so about 600 but if you’re more sort of in the middle maybe you want to take four calories per gram which will take you to about 480 to be honest I think it’s somewhere between 450 and 550 and if I were to pick a number myself I probably just mark off 500 calories

A normal Cinnabon has about 900 calories so thats a good jumping off point i think
