I usually raw dog my deens too. Moving it to over the sink is just smart as there is no splatter to clean up!

I call this going ‘seal mode’. Usually I fancy them up with crackers or bread & jalapeños, lemon & hot sauce. Sometimes I just go seal mode… on a chairlift for example.

I need to mix mine with some other flavours to slightly reduce the fish taste. Usually lemon juice, pickles, onion, spices.
I haven’t built up to raw dogging them quite yet!
