Our HF box was delivered today. Opened it to find NO meal prep brown bags, just two packages of chicken cutlets…
Oh, and of course the mushroom coffee packs…can’t forget those 🙄

haven’t had that happen yet. They always seem to find new ways to keep it interesting! They can keep the mushroom coffee, I tried it and thought it was terrible

I officially cancelled my Hello Fresh today and switched to Home Chef. May they never give me garlic cloves the size of an ant and always remember my prep bags

My last straw with them was when we were missing the protein for the meal, the chicken, and they refunded me like $5. I told them they needed to refund the entire meal because I couldn’t make any of it without the protein, but they always just said “we already refunded you”
