This homemade Mongolian Beef is so easy to make and better than takeout! 😋 Perfect for a quick dinner with tender beef, caramelized sauce, and that irresistible balance of sweet and savory in every bite 🥰

MONGOLIAN BEEF INGREDIENTS:
For the marinade:
► 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
► 1 tbsp white cooking wine
► 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
► 1/4 tsp baking soda
► 1/4 tsp white pepper
► 3 tbsp corn starch
For the sauce:
► 1 tbsp oyster sauce
► 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
► 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
► 1 tsp chicken bouillon
► 2 tsp sugar
► 1/2 tsp white pepper
► 1 tsp sesame oil
For the Mongolian beef:
► 1/3 cup oil
► 1 lb. beef flank
► 5 minced garlic cloves
► 1 tsp grated ginger
► 1 white onion
► Green onion

  1. Kari,, if you can be a little bit more thoughtful for many seniors who cannot remember directions, it would be more thoughtful if you would also include step-by-step directions so many don’t have to go back-and-forth in the video because they don’t have time, just a tip

  2. This recipe only works well in a non stick. FYI I tried it in a s.s. And with the sugars it burns. Also, do onions first add garlic ginger last they burn easily.

  3. Pan was definitely not hot enough! He gets another depth of flavor when it’s cooked at high heat that you can’t get without the right temp! I love my cast iron wok for this reason 😊
